InstantPay provides a platform for:

• Creating personalized payment pages for accepting Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency
• Selling digital products with automatic delivery
• Managing custom links and social media profiles
• Tracking analytics and performance metrics

InstantPay is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Not impersonate others or create fraudulent content
• Not upload malicious files or malware
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not spam, harass, or abuse other users

You are responsible for:

• Solana network fees (typically $0.00025 per transaction)
• Any taxes applicable to your transactions

We reserve the right to introduce premium features with associated fees in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.

When selling digital products on InstantPay:

• You retain all rights to your content
• You are responsible for the legality and quality of your products
• You must have the right to sell and distribute the content
• You are responsible for customer support and refunds
• You must comply with applicable consumer protection laws

InstantPay is not responsible for disputes between sellers and buyers.

Our Rights: The InstantPay platform, including design, code, and branding, is owned by InstantPay. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

Your Rights: You retain all rights to content you upload or create on InstantPay. By using our service, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

You may not use InstantPay for:

• Illegal goods or services
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Pyramid schemes or scams
• Adult content (without proper age verification)
• Gambling (in jurisdictions where prohibited)
• Stolen goods or counterfeit products
• Hacking, phishing, or malware distribution
• Violating sanctions or export controls

Service "As Is": InstantPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability: InstantPay is not liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Network outages or blockchain issues
• Unauthorized access to your wallet
• Third-party actions or services
• User-generated content or disputes

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to InstantPay in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harm other users or the platform
• Remain inactive for extended periods

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

If you have a dispute with another user, you agree to resolve it directly with them. InstantPay is not responsible for mediating disputes.

Any disputes with InstantPay will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Arbitration in accordance with applicable laws
